Sara Meeks (Dipa), PT, MS, GCS, KYT, a physical therapist with 54 years of clinical experience, and a Kripalu Yoga teacher since 1984, has spent the past 32 years focusing on exercise, movement, and yoga for better bone health. An award-winning international presenter, Sara teaches S.A.F.E. (Skeletally Appropriate for Everyone) seminars to health professionals and the public. Bhavani Lorraine Nelson leads workshops in meditation and mindfulness, stress reduction, and her primary work, the power of the voice. A Kripalu Yoga teacher, Bhavani has practiced and led meditation for more than 40 years, and has taught in the United States, Canada, Japan, and Iceland. She has several albums of singing, chanting, and sounding experiences in addition to her series of instructional CDs on meditation, Meditation Made Possible.
