  1. Decompression Exercise-Posture/Corpse Asana-Shavasana
  2. Instruction in Diaphragmatic, 3 part and full body breath - Pranayama
  3. Relaxation

10:15 - 11:00 am Problems with seated postures in general-discussion and instruction in variations of seated postures
11:00 - Noon Standing Postures
